General Info:

• All employees of Cascade School District 422 are eligible to participate in the 403(b) and 403(b)7 plans available in the District. Currently the District offers plans from Vanguard, AG VALIC and PERSI.
• Cascade School District #422 is made up of Cascade Elementary School and Cascade Jr./Sr. High School, totaling approximately 350-360 students each year. Beginning teacher salary is $31,750 which increases based on education and experience.

Certified Positions:

• 6th Grade Teacher. Salary dependent on experience and placement on Cascade School District #422 salary schedule. Applicant must Hold a Standard Idaho Elementary Teaching Certificate with a K-8 endorsement. Teaching experience and/or student teaching experience at the 4th-6th grade levels preferred. Candidates able to coach football and/or wrestling are encouraged to apply (see below). The application deadline is Saturday, August 1, 2009. • 7-12 Art and Online Learning Coordinator. Applicants must hold a Highly Qualified Idaho Standard Secondary Teaching Certificate with an art endorsement. Candidates able to coach football and/or wrestling are encouraged to apply (see below). • Head Football and/or Head Wrestling Coach. Cascade School District #422 is seeking a highly qualified individual to head its football and/or wrestling programs. The football program is established while the wrestling program is in its infancy, and the individual must be willing to develop an entire program K-12. This position is offered in conjunction with either of two teaching positions: 6th Grade teacher or 7-12 Art (above).
