Cascade School District is taking applications for the position of Bus Driver

• Part-time and Full-time positions available including –

  • Route substitute driving – Occasional

  • Field Trips – Seasonal

  • Activity Trips – Athletic Away Games (Afternoon & Evenings)

• Requirements:

• CDL License with School Bus Endorsement

  • First time CDL? The school district will reimburse all licensing fees upon completion of:

    • Receive CDL with Bus Driver Endorsement from ITD

    • Complete a 1-year commitment as a driver in training

  • Veteran CDL holder with Bus Endorsement new to the district?

    • Requires 12-month commitment

    • 10 Hours training before transporting students is allowed

    • Route Drivers: $1000 bonus. 50% bonus money is paid on the first pay period; the remainder will be paid with the last check of the semester

    • Activity Drivers: $500 paid up front
