We’re here to support your child’s journey to emotional wellness.

As we begin the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year, I wanted to remind families about our schedule change procedure. Students received their second semester schedules at the end of the school day on Thursday, January 23rd, and they are expected to attend the classes listed on their schedules starting Monday, January 27th. If they were absent, they will receive their schedules Monday morning.

If there are any concerns about a schedule or if you would like to request a change, students have until the end of the day on Thursday, January 30th, to submit a schedule change request.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Reading comprehension can be a challenge for many students, especially those with learning disabilities. Parents can support their child by reading together and discussing the material. Ask your child questions about what they read, encourage them to summarize in their own words, and use visual aids like charts or drawings to reinforce understanding. These small steps can make a big difference in helping your child improve comprehension

Dear Rambler Families –

We are writing to make you aware of a recent cybersecurity incident involving PowerSchool, a software vendor which provides our Student Information System (SIS).

On Tuesday, January 7, 2025, PowerSchool informed our leadership team that they experienced a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to certain PowerSchool SIS customer data. Unfortunately, they have confirmed that the information belongs to some of students and educators.

PowerSchool informed us that the taken data primarily includes parent and student contact information with data elements such as name and address information. Across their customer base, they have determined that for a portion of individuals, some personally identifiable information (PII), such as social security numbers (SSN) and medical information, was impacted. They are working with urgency to complete their investigation and determine whether PII belonging to our students was included.

Protecting our students is something we take seriously. With PowerSchool’s help, more information and resources (including credit monitoring or identity protection services if applicable) will be provided to you as it becomes available.
